Stayed at the Stateside lodge. Best part about it was all the hangers in the unit to hang our wet clothing from the unfortunate spring rain conditions. Room was nice, beds comfy and staff friendly. We had a great time at Jay and look forward to returning.

Loved - location, room, room amenities, parking, Water Park, housekeeping staff and housekeeping performance. All exceeded expectations Okay - value for the money, other staff members. Been elsewhere where these things were better. Unacceptable - charging a resort fee on top of room fee, then charging above average ticket price for the water park. Also, outdoor pool was advertised as being free with room stay we were not allowed access without paying for water park access, staff member claimed she 'did not know how to open the locked gates' that should have allowed us access to the outdoor pool using our room key card. Not likely to return as a result of these hidden junk fees.

Location was great! The cottage was great for our family of five…. It definitely could of been cleaner (top of fridge was FILTHY, floors dirty, cabinets had a greasy film all over it, ceiling fans were dusty and we kept sneezing, hair left in the shower) I have to say, I felt comfortable to sleep there and like I said, overall, would stay again if they deep cleaned the cottage
