To start communication was prompt and comprehensive. This out of the way hotel with its own private garden is far from the sounds of the city center and just a 2 minute walk from shops and dining. The room was clean and well laid out and the service was first rate. I was concerned about not having cell coverage to connect to their system, however it was not an issue. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful

The buffet breakfast was delightful with fresh meats, cheeses and hot options. The manager of the hotel chatted each visitor every morning. She was a wealth of information.
