So far it has been our best experience in Italy. It is totally worth it staying in this hotel when visiting Cinque Terre National Park. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your reasonable needs. The location is nice and quiet. The room is spacious and modern.

Great place to stay. Excellent location as close to train station and town centre. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of foods. Air conditioned room was a bonus as very hot outside. We were a family of three and had ample space for all of us. Would def stay again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They gave us excellent suggestions and directions, and also made dinner reservations for us at several restaurants. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

6/10 Good

I’ll start by saying the staff were very helpful and nice. However, the room was extremely small. No room for a suitcase. The bathroom was cruise ship size. They also need to update their mattress. Very lumpy and hills and valleys throughout. Location wasn’t bad, except if you have more than a small carry on suitcase, it can be a trying walk from the train station.

Hotel Carla was an excellent place to stay in the charming beachside Italian town of Levanto. The front desk staff were all incredibly kind and informational. You can rent bikes for free and ride around the town! Breakfast was delicious. 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Rooms were clean. The only negative was that the room walls were pretty thin and we could hear quite a bit from the neighboring room. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would stay there again.
