Amazing place, great customer service, well train staff, clean environment, excellent view, I will make a better architecture changes on bathrooms.. can not be toilet and hand washing sink in a different room... Healthy issues.. overall great place

The staff was so friendly, the location was unbeatable, and the foods at the restaurants were amazing. The noise from the construction outside and from the restaurants above and below were a bit loud at times, but otherwise it was the perfect stay.

We have visited Cuenca several times and always stay in the historic district. This is the best hotel ever. It is beautiful and the staff was more than helpful. It has a beautiful dinning room and the breakfasts were very good--and included in the price of the room. We look forward to going back!

A nice quiet getaway about 35 minutes from Cuenca. Surrounded by nature, enabling one to go for walks. It is a family run place and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Staff made check in easy. Pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily. A convenient walk to the center of town. Room was cleaned daily and showers worked perfectly and an awesome view from anywhere in the hotel.

The property is in a prime location everything is close the customer service is top notch, John from the restaurant along with the rest of the staff were excellent if something went wrong they were there right away, Steven is a super star and made our stay fantastic, yes there are noises due to the churches bells and other activities, you don’t need a rental unless you are traveling far everything is very walkable, the hotel is just excellent if the hotel adds a microwave and a mini fridge that...

Very enjoyable 7 night stay. Elevation of Cuenca is pretty high so had to take it easy walking around and there were lots of parks and plazas around with benches for "rest stops". The Centro Historico is truly impressive with the churches, buildings, and homes that have been kept in good condition.

It was the best experience staying in this hotel . Everything was perfect the Staff . Our Host Mike was amazing he made sure we had anything we needed taking care of . The food was high quality cooked to perfection and plated beautifully not to mention the attention of the waiters. The administrator was awesome he had high knowledge of history and his attention to detail was great. The hotel is set on the edge of a volcano with large wall windows that looked inside the volcano laying in your bed...
