Everything was kept very clean and well-maintained, which made it even more comfortable to relax. One of the highlights was the huge buffet, with plenty of variety to choose from, so there was always something for everyone. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service, cleanliness, and food."

"Love the location and the staff. Hotel has started to look a bit dated though. But not too much. I was in one of the floors with lounge access , unfortunately could never try the free cocktails because it was always full! They tried to help by giving us seats in the meeting room 😁 Also the tea and refreshments in lounge isn’t worth the effort. It’s a cake with your choice of tea or coffee. The breakfast buffet spread in the main restaurant is amazing ! All in all, it’s a good place to stay a night or two , don’t spend on the higher value rooms though. "

"The room was spacious! Really great layout with a separate couch for lounging around. Housekeeping was amazing and accommodating to our late check out, even bringing us fresh towels so we could shower before leaving for the airport. Concierge was always helpful & present! We always felt safe around the hotel & surrounding! Great traffic control by hotel staff (necessary since the area is so busy)! Christian at Check in was efficient, friendly & informative. Highly recommend staying here if you like to eat, shop & be not too far from NAIA! "
