The hotel staff were great. Thank you to Jericho for taking care of us during breakfast and to Jeffrey during the times we had dinner. The location of this hotel was a great advantage. It was so close to St. Luke's and everything else. We really didn't need to go anywhere else. We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast consisted of a wide variety of delicious food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. We didn't like the absence of parking in front or back of the building. Had to harry getting in and out the vehicle. During certain times of the day, we had to wait a while for an elevator and sometimes couldn't get in because the elevator was already packed.

6/10 Good

The place is in the middle of BGC which made it easy for us to go around. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The room was clean but the bathroom door cannot be closed properly, and there is water that comes out of the bathroom tile every time we step on it. Something that the hotel can fix, I think. There’s no Room Service after 11pm. All in all, the hotel is good enough for a short stop.

6/10 Good

Check-in was quick and easy, but the lobby is not street level -- you have to go up to another level. Also, there is no dedicated drop-off area at the front entrance -- it's just streetside. Security is sufficient and evident at the front door. Keycards were good for elevator floor access. The room was clean and as featured on the website. The room was clean, but it was difficult using the remote control for the TV. The bathroom was fair. We had difficulty with the shower faucet where it did not mix water temp well -- either too hot or too cold. Towels and bathroom amenities were not enough and we had to request more. The complimentary breakfast was convenient with lots of choices to satisfy. Good old newspapers are complimentary while enjoying your meal, too. The pool area was nice and loungy, but the pool water in the large pool had lots of floating particles (didn't seem clean). Also, a nailhead on one deckboard was sticking out as a hazard where I had the lifeguard get it fixed right away. Pool floaties in the wading pool had algea on them. Building is show some age, but the location is great.

2/10 Poor

We definitely won’t be staying here again. Even though they had rooms available, the front desk refused an early check-in unless we paid a fee. I explained we were taking a 3-day side trip during our booking and wouldn't even be using the room for those days, but they didn’t care. It felt like a rigid cash grab instead of good hospitality. The hotel is outdated for the money. The bathroom is old, the room iron had no steam, and the elevators are a safety hazard—they closed on us multiple times because they lack working sensors. The only saving grace was the excellent service from the bellmen and the buffet servers and housekeepers. Other than that, it is absolutely not worth it.
