You can simply walk to mall (5 minutes) or take a buggy from hotel there as they do a shuttle between the hotels. The hotel is superb! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful as well. I only have positive things to say about the hotel. The location is the only thing I didn’t like. This was our first time to Penang and this part of the city is not walking friendly at all. Very dangerous between the lack of sidewalks and 1 foot wide by 2 feet deep drainage that is along the sidewalks. Be very careful walking here or take a grab to places you need to go...

Everyone was very kind and concerned about our experience. The hotel is beautiful and located on the edge of the historic area. The rooms are comfortable. They serve an amazing breakfast and tea. When on the first day, restaurant staff learned I was a vegetarian, they went and made special food for me! Then, afterwards they checked in with me to make sure I had a good selection. Quite amazing. A wonderful choice in Penang.
