Enjoyed three relaxing nights at M Social. My ocean view room was great, clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of delicious vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet. However, as a retired woman traveling alone, I found the resort on the quiet side, with all activities a Grab ride away. I'd recommend it for families, though: lots of happy kids in the pool.

I planned to stay for 2 nights but extended to 3 rd night , hopefully with a discounted rate on a Monday but not given, Stayed anyway due to Comfort , beautiful beach area , surrounding, bar was great too. Room 1614 was cozy & clean.

Beautiful room with amazing view of the sea. We had a balcony, but strangely there was no furniture on the balcony. Zero chairs or tables. That was disappointing. Pool was very nice, but deck chairs run out pretty quickly. Breakfast was very nice, but sometimes they run out of dishes and it takes very long for them to replenish. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Sweet little hotel and good staff. The breakfast could be picked up a little bit, I found that many of the dishes were cold when they should’ve been warm and the pastries were not up to standards. Yeah, beer was about $24 when asked for two small beers. Good thing no there’s a grocery store right across the street. Lots of great restaurants around, but don’t eat at the Lebanese one that’s close to the hotel, we sent two dishes back.

Location was good. Average food option in hotel but there are hawker stalls near by and grab can always deliver. AI clock was very distracting at night due to brightness. Not able to fully turn off the brightness. Pool was great but water cold so need to swim before 5pm if you don’t like cold water. Weekday the bar at the pool is not always manned so need to go looking for staff if you want food. Private beach access was a plus.

I arrived in the evening and there were no clear signs about where guests should park. I chose to go into the garage. The ceiling is very low. There is also not a single sign to say that there is not an elevator. Your only options to get to the lobby are to climb steps or walk up the ramp of the garage, unsafely. Upon check in, I found out that I had to exit one building and walk around the pool area to get to the elevator of the second building just to get to my room. I ordered room service and the tray was sticky, so I went to pick up just the plate to take to the table and the linen was disgustingly stained. In addition, the only drinking water in the room was a pitcher of tap water that tasted horrible. This hotel is not designed well, not high-quality, has mediocre food, has no outdoor patio furniture to enjoy the sea view, and the manager admitted that several people have complained about the parking and lack of lobby access, yet nothing has been done about it, even a simple sign. In addition, the pool area had minimal seating, despite having a large unused section, and the hotel is surrounded by tall buildings. I would not stay here again. It was incredibly disappointing.

The staff really make this place a lovely experience. It is in a good location too.There is an eatery across the road with many cheap options to either eat there or take away to your room. A wine shop too for us Aussies, NK-Mart, not to be confused with the other 2 wine shops next door! Good selection and good prices. Many restaurants also in very close proximity. The beach access was unfortunately closed while we were there but they are renovating and it will be rectified soon. Apparently you shouldn't swim in the sea regardless due to jellyfish. Many families at this place, so not relaxing by the pool if you're a couple but that's only because there's 1 pool. Pool bar staff lovely. Good and generous room service meals. Breakfast is very good. Lovely view from our partial sea view room. Thanks to the team! Note to cleaning; wipe all surfaces in the room, especially after room service the night before and clean glassware daily.
