I grew up in the area but had never been to the inn before. The room was nice, simple, very clean. The bed was comfortable for me and my teenaged daughter. The grounds are pretty. There was a pool which looked very nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. My only (MINOR) dislike was that it would have been nice to have a no service needed magnet or sign to put on the door. I was quite pleased with this property. My understanding is that the property is not a new build, but it obviously has been completely renovated. I’ve been to properties where “renovations” amounted to not much more than a slopped on coat of paint and old nasty carpet replaced with cheap vinyl flooring. That is not the case here. Loved our stay. 8-year old used the pool twice. We enjoyed the breakfast. They allowed us to checkout one hour late. No complaints.

Staff is really nice and welcoming. This is a very good budget-friendly place closer to Niagara Falls

The hotel was reasonably priced, and very clean. The rooms were nice. There was a friendly, efficient, housekeeper whose name I am not sure of:( but she was wonderful. The staff up front, especially Ahmed, is very, capable and friendly and gave us many sightseeing directions and suggestions. Ahmed is professional and courteous, he and the staff were very hardworking, cheerful, and was a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely visit again!!:)

I always stay there with my kids and they love it, especially the pool

Stay was as expected. Lots of room to sleep all four of us on two Queens and a sleeper sofa. Its been a couple of years since we have been in a Springhill suites but it appears that they have remodeled the bathrooms and we love the new look, except that the sliding door does not have a lock, which some people will not like.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was professional, friendly and warm. I really enjoyed my stay the added perk a free shuttle that can take you around two miles around the city.

Good location. Very well maintained and clean. Only issue was the toilets in our room weren’t flushing great but other than that it was a great place to stay.

It was a lovely time. We had a stove but no pots. It would have been nice to boil water. Otherwise it was great.

I enjoyed the Anchor Bar attached. I enjoyed being able to walk every where we wanted to go. The Niagara Falls park, lol I even walked all the way to Canada and back to the US. It’s the perfect spot for us, we would stay there again.

I grew up in Buffalo (actually Cheektowaga) and hadn't been back in 5 years. I brought my eight year old daughter along for her first Western NY experience (summer, not winter). Given health conditions of family members, we decided it was better to stay in a hotel during our stay. TownePlace was an affordable solution. Though around 30 minutes away from the falls, the hotel was very clean, had very friendly front desk person and good breakfast

Staff was polite and helpful. Too many chemicals in pool burned my son's eyes. Will bring goggles next time. He didn't even open his eyes under water. But I understand the use of chemicals to keep it clean. Only negative thing was another young couple came down in the evening to use the pool and were very inappropriate in the pool area in front of my children. Not hotels fault. But we left earlier than we would have so they didn't have to see them doing what they were doing.
