Hotels in Sanborn

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...

The hotel was very nice and the staff was professional, friendly and warm. I really enjoyed my stay the added perk a free shuttle that can take you around two miles around the city.

The hotel was reasonably priced, and very clean. The rooms were nice. There was a friendly, efficient, housekeeper whose name I am not sure of:( but she was wonderful. The staff up front, especially Ahmed, is very, capable and friendly and gave us many sightseeing directions and suggestions. Ahmed is professional and courteous, he and the staff were very hardworking, cheerful, and was a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely visit again!!:)

Loved our stay. 8-year old used the pool twice. We enjoyed the breakfast. They allowed us to checkout one hour late. No complaints.

At checkin, we were given a map of Niagara falls area and he explained everything to us. He told us check out the falls that night and view the fireworks show. Wouldn't have known about it otherwise. Nothing super fancy about the property, but was clean.

This hotel was super clean everywhere! Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy, but enough choices. Coffee was very good! Real beans and not instant!!

Good location. Very well maintained and clean. Only issue was the toilets in our room weren’t flushing great but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Great hotel but park attracts unsafe crowd

I grew up in Buffalo (actually Cheektowaga) and hadn't been back in 5 years. I brought my eight year old daughter along for her first Western NY experience (summer, not winter). Given health conditions of family members, we decided it was better to stay in a hotel during our stay. TownePlace was an affordable solution. Sometimes affordable means a little less desirable location or hotel condition. This was not the case. We will stay here again next time (hopefully not another 5 years) and I will...

Great property, clean rooms and friendly staff.

I enjoyed the Anchor Bar attached. I enjoyed being able to walk every where we wanted to go. The Niagara Falls park, lol I even walked all the way to Canada and back to the US. It’s the perfect spot for us, we would stay there again.

Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Grateful for the laundry options after staying a few extra days with kids. Great value for the affordability!
