"優點：床算乾淨但偏軟，餐桌美麗椅子好坐，空間寬敞 缺點：房間在四樓沒電梯旅程最後一天入住會很辛苦，淋浴間地板看起來像發霉，天花板有個詭異的天窗，況且只有一盞很暗的燈照明，廁所洗手台有髒污像沒清理，外面洗手檯櫃子上方很厚的灰塵，最扯是吹風機，出來的風是溫的，吹30分鐘不會乾，且沒有任何標示感覺像玩具，房間地板一堆延長線，房間有股霉味，小朋友過敏一進房間狂打噴嚏….整體來說像是臨時借助在別人房子裡，是我出國旅遊住宿體驗最差的一次 "

"The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Shinjuku which we really liked. The room has all the amenities we need although it’s quite small. Staff service was excellent. Breakfast was frozen food that had to be microwaved, but was tasty especially the soup and Japanese option. There are food options and family marts nearby. From the hotel, we could either take the bus to Shinjuku west station or the subway. Overall happy with our stay and would stay there again. "
