"Had an amazing stay at Secrets Tulum! The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a unique jungle/beach inspired design and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was 3/5, and the beach club was a great addition to the experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made for a perfect getaway. I would definitely recommend Secrets Tulum and would love to return in the future!"
"Fabulous stay at this gorgeous hotel. The beach is perfect, the room was perfect, and the staff was so kind and sweet. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Tulum."
"Amazing little hotel located in Tulum. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that meets all your needs and get you close to all the activities this is it."
"We had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th with my best friend at Tulum! Erik, Danny, and all the entertainers were so much fun! The food and drinks were great and we paid extra for Hibachi which I highly recommend. Everyone was so happy and very polite. All the workers worked hard to make our experience a memoriable one. CHEERS to TULUM!"
"We celebrated our 25th anniversary with a seven day trip to Tulum. The Alaya was a great place to stay. The staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The location is quiet but within walking distance of amenities. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel."
"Absolutely perfect! Beautiful room! Fantastic restaurant delicious food! Best beach lounge chairs in the hotel zone and the pool makes the beach club exquisite. This is my fourth time to Tulum this year and my favorite hotel. Honestly, I could not have been more pleased with the property the service and especially my absolutely stunningly beautiful cabin. I definitely will be back!"
"Such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the wonderful beach and rooms. The staff is excellent and the morning breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day. Love this hotel and the quiet and peaceful environment."
"Great hotel to get the true Tulum experience. Room was nice, beach in front of hotel was great, and the location is right in the heart of so many restaurants, shops and nightlife. Would definitely stay here again."
"Love this Hotel. I booked five rooms for 10 girls to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was perfectly located on the beach. Beds were comfortable . It is in a great walkable area. Highly recommend."
"Great hotel! I loved the beach club, it was amazing. The hotel is in the middle of Tulum Beach, you can walk to the restaurants, bars and other spots and don’t have to spend money on cab."
"Is a very beautiful hotel in front of the beach with amazing views. The staff were very friendly and professional. It’s a little noisy because there’s clubs / music around it but that’s the vibe of Tulum. I highly recommend this place."

I’ve never been to Tulum and in booking this property it is close to both popular beach clubs of MIA and TABOO… the ocean was steps away from my room and as this was an adult only property it wasn’t wild with young folks running around. This property doesn’t have tv in their rooms which is perfect to disconnect completely and fully enjoy your experience at the beach listening to the waves. As I speak very very little Spanish the staff was able to speak and understand English. Everyone I dealt...
This hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious and the presentation is stunning. Patricio in front desk was able to answer any questions and make reservations for us. He is amazing along with Paulina in front desk. I felt right at home. The guys in the restaurant and beach club area left me with no words. Carlos, Roberto, and Jose Manuel in the beach club gave the best service. So personable and friendly. Hermelindo who was our server for...
This was the perfect honeymoon getaway. Remote enough to avoid the large crowds in Tulum Beach but close enough to outstanding restaurants, cenotes, and the ruins. The hotels staff was excellent and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was the finest I ever had.
My husband and I just recently visited and all we can say is WOW!! This experience for us was exactly what we wanted and needed. The generosity that each staff members brought was very heart warming and truly inspiring to see. From Laurna’s kindness, Efrains cool vibe and conversations, Eddy’s amazing breakfast service and joyful self, Angel’s wholesome personality, Alfredo making me coffee every morning at 5AM.. when he didn’t have to, and we cannot forget Carlo’s determination to go over the...
Quite possibly the most beautiful and relaxing stay I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay that is reflective of the natural beauty and environment of Tulum and not the all-inclusive resort side. Also the opportunity to see baby sea turtles climb the shore past my room at night is a memory I’ll have forever.
Sana and its entire staff was absolutely top tier. The facility was clean and refreshing as a change of scenery of the “”Tulum” aesthetic. Our room was upgraded and we had a peaceful and relaxing time. We will certainly be back to enjoy for our next vacation as this trip was strictly for work. Top marks all around for Sana Tulum. Highly recommended.
Mezzanine is a beautiful property right on the water with an excellent Thai restaurant. The staff are great and very kind and helpful. The only complaints are that it's somewhat far from everything and you need to take a taxi to everything which is 10$ each way, or else get a bike but generally everything is about 3 miles plus away. The beach would be beautiful if the seaweed bloom wasn't so bad. The nets are doing little to keep the seaweed out, unfortunately. It's not really nice to swim in...
Shibari Tulum is MAGICAL. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The resort is beautiful, relaxing and fun and the staff is overly friendly and accommodating. Fernando, Danny, George, Jorge, Natalia, Yahaira, Francisco, Karla, and all the other Shibari staff made our weeklong stay absolutely perfect. We celebrated our engagement there, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful note when we entered. The cenote is breathtaking and one the coolest places I’ve ever swam. Be sure...
Excellent location-quiet late at night/early morning so we slept well. Walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, bars & beach clubs. Loved being right on the beach! Property was clean and very well maintained. Staff was friendly and attentive. Beds were super comfortable and great air conditioning. Good and drinks were all fresh and delicious. The hotel had so much character. Highly recommend!
My wife and I had a wonderful three night retreat here. We were looking for somewhere quiet, where we could sit by the ocean and read and chill. This was perfect. The service was great and everything on the menu was delicious. We walked to the Mezzanine for Thai food one night, which was great! One day we took a taxi ($550 MX) to the strip and had tacos at La Zebra (also great).
Love the new Tulum International Airport. We had a direct flight from Dallas. The transportation from the airport to...
Great location, walking distance to all the shopping and other restaurants. Great beach and access to the ocean. Wonderful on site dining experience! Their ceviches and Black sesame tuna is out of this world! Friendly and helpful stuff. Overall great stay!
My experience was lovely...tranquil, natural beauty, no loud music blasting, pristine beach, a super kind staff...all good. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. I would not recommended eating dinner there (Ziggy's) because the portions are tiny and the prices are high.
To get downtown a taxi is needed...no worries, you can catch one within minutes. There are lots of restaurants (downtown); but, El Carmello's is off the hook ( no pun intended)!! The seafood is ridiculously fresh and...
This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...
Hidden Gem in the hotel zone. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, willing, and professional. Communication was very easy and accessible via whatsapp with the reception. Wifi works great! The beds were so comfortable with great quality sheets. Pool and bar area is adorable- and secluded compared to other hotels in the that area. Spacious rooms with AC that works! Lighting of the rooms is kind of dim, however it did not bother me and gives the hotel character. Very happy with this hotel and...
I loved the authenticity of Delek Hotel and it’s mission to incorporate elements of the environment into every single detail. From arrival to checkout, the hotel staff were amazing and some of the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. The section of the beach at Delek is gorgeous and I never wanted to leave. I can’t wait to visit again!
