This is one of the most relaxing, beautiful, peaceful trips I’ve ever been on. This property is so gorgeous - the smells, the sounds, the food - everything was so amazing. This place was amazing. A little paradise in the middle of the jungle. Rooms are very big and comfortable. There 2 pools and lots of things to do. Including temezcal, sound healing, yoga etc. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. There is laundry service available and they will always be happy to call you a cab. We loved this hotel, we stayed 9 nights and everything was clean and organized in the room. The house keeping lady/guy did an excellent job. Don’t forget to leave a daily tip to her/him. Excelente hotel. Nuestra cabaña en el segundo piso estuvo siempre muy limpia. Tiene un acceso directo a la playa y la vista del balcón es muy linda. El staff fue siempre atento. I will recommend Papaya Playa Project to anyone traveling to Tulum. The area is absolutely stunning & there is so much to do. The service was outstanding and Javier was the warmest of them all. This was the perfect honeymoon getaway. Remote enough to avoid the large crowds in Tulum Beach but close enough to outstanding restaurants, cenotes, and the ruins. The hotels staff was excellent and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was the finest I ever had.
