We were in Houghton for a ski race weekend. We brought our truck camper along. Staff was very helpful in assisting us to plug in. This helped us tremendously!
Our room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't need to mess with the thermostat. It was at a perfect temperature.The breakfast was plenty, and the eggs were hot. The pool area and sauna were clean and well kept.
The coffee and tea were always available, which is a nice touch, and the fresh fruit was appreciated.

My experience was amazingly wonderful. I can't say enough about how kind and welcoming my hosts Sarah and Patrick were. It was my first trip solo (EVER!) and Sarah and Patrick made it so wonderful that I can't wait to come back to the Vault to enjoy the experience again. The property was a new development, which offered great benefits and services like complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries. The front desk representative was kind, polite, generous as she offered us a $10 voucher for Rock House located next door. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and looked like a mini studio suite with a full kitchen.
Excellent! Clean comfortable! Pool hot tub nice. Breakfast area clean nice assortment of breakfast items. The lady working there kept it stocked clean and neat. I would definitely stay again.
This was a nice stay for a quick get away. The staff were very helpful and kind. When our remote wasn’t working at 11:00 pm they came to our room to help us right away. The location has stores and restraint very close by. We had our dogs with us and had no issues finding somewhere for them to go outside. Next time we’re in the Houghton area we will stay here again.
We were allowed to check in an hour early, which was helpful. I was impressed at how the staff kept the entrance area clean from all the salt and snow. The breakfast was nice too with all items stocked until breakfast was over and kept clean.
