The friendliness and professionalism of staff was outstanding. They seemed to take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of guests and our rooms were amazing. The location was superb in the old historic part of town. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We will definitely return and recommend Hotel Baseltor 150% ! From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the people that worked there were very personable and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable and having parking next to the building was very convenient. The location was perfect for what we wanted and needed.
