"The hotel is centrally located in the Old Quarter, a short 5 minutes walk to several tourist destinations including the night market, beer street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and St Joseph’s Cathedral. The staff is absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Our receptionists were Angela and Huong and they were so helpful with everything from special requests to recommendations on dining and Halong, sapa tours. Highly recommend staying here while in Hanoi!"

The location is perfect just a short stroll to the lake or anywhere in the old quarter. It's such a busy place but you fel away from all the hustle and bustle of the street. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay here again on our next trip. "

"The staff Anna and Da were very nice people. The hotel is old and has molds but is being covered with scents that gave me a headache. The room we were given was on second floor though my priorities are always higher floor, thus it was very nice at night and early morning. Our sleep was interrupted. The breakfast was good but same choices everyday."
