Our stay was short but very nice. The kind woman at the front desk was beyond helpful. We had asked if the hotel had a luggage scale. Unfortunately they did not. But in an unexpected gesture a phone call was made to a friend, who then brought a scale for our use from her home. This was customer service above and beyond!!
This is a full service medical spa based on the Mayr fasting method, similar to Lanserhof and VivaMayr. Everything is impeccable, and we like the fact that it is in a city (although we did not go for fasting, so it might make this more difficult with all the restaurants around). A lot od dedication and attention to detail went in by the owner Mr. Buff. Highly recommended.
Si vas a visitar Constanza, este sitio como base es excelente. Buen restaurante, excelente desayuno, trasnporte público al frente, alquiler de bicicletas y balneario en el lago a 5 minutos caminando. Habitaciones súper cómodas incluso con cocina y nevera.
