"Shambalanté staff is extraordinary and wonderful. They kept track of our arrival since the airport until we got there. They explained everything, they offered us natural lemonade, pecans and natural made cookies.
The place is absolutely wonderful.
Breakfast is supreme. "

"This property is very nice, the bedrooms are beautiful and the pool area lovely and very clean all round. We found there wasn’t much to do/see compared to other hacienda properties we’ve been to. No complaints on food or staff either, food was very good and excellent service staff. Just not a place we would return to for the price it costs. "
