Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.

This small hotel is a true gem! It is a short two-block walk to Sultanahmet Square where you will find the Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern. There is also a station there for Tram 1, which you can take to explore the city. The staff is wonderful-friendly, helpful, and pleasant.

The Celine is a very nice hotel tucked into a small street not far from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff was helpful. No one forgets a golden piece in any hotel and expects to find it there.it happened to me when I forgot my gold ring there and checked out. Next day I called reception and received a confirmation that the ring is found and I can come back or send someone to collect it. This location is right next to everything! We booked the city view room for our stay in Istanbul, and loved the views, location and hotel! The convenience of walking out the hotel, and being right next to all the sites was a win for us!
