From the pre-arrival concierge phone call from the UK to Canada asking whether I would like or need anything to enhance my stay and reminding me to bring my swimsuit to take advantage for the beautiful pool and spa to the last interaction at check-out - the Coworth Hotel is totally 5 star. The staff, ambience, grounds and wonderful staff are matchless. I travel frequently - and this experience topped the experience to date & has spoilt me for the future!
What people don't understand is how GREAT this hotel and spa are. The Spa has one of the best Hotel gyms and pools with a hydro spa that I have ever enjoyed. The property is beautiful and very safe. Yes perhaps the rooms are a little outdated, but for the price, this is a fantastic place to stay!!!
Watching the boats in the lock on the Thames from the hotel patio and room was very fun.

We stayed in the coach houses as the rooms are nicer than the ones in the main house - i remember we had our wedding night in the main house and much preferred the room I had the night before and got ready in. It was light and spacious
The touches in the room were thoughtful especially the small carton of milk in the fridge as I hate the powder or uht milk left...
