From the moment we arrived, we received a wonderfully warm and professional welcome. The check-in process was exceptionally quick and easy. The hotel enjoys a good location, set within peaceful and pleasant grounds. We stayed in room 12 - the room centered around a large, comfortable bed and included both a bath and a shower. A standout feature was the large private terrace which made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast offered a good choice of options. The full English breakfast was hot and tasty and it was nicely complemented by a range of fresh juices, cereals and pastries. Throughout our stay, the staff delivered prompt and polite service.

Lovely sized room, shower not very clean 🥲. Comfortable bed. Dinner very good. Staff (young slim male with brown hair) not very attentive or professional in providing a very good customer experience, spoilt dinner ☹️. He looked very disinterested. Breakfast was good, female staff young lady, with afro hair, very good. Reception check in very good, professional and attentive. Reception check out, not so good, unfortunately unprofessional.

We stayed for 1 night for our wedding anniversary. The hotel and grounds are fantastic and staff are very attentive. The food (dinner & breakfast) were both very nice. We stayed in room 43, a double deluxe. The room & bathroom were a nice size and clean, the bed was comfortable too. The reason we only gave a 3 is we had a really bad night's sleep due to a loud humming noise, we had the night manager up to the room to listen but he didn't know what it could be. Shame really as otherwise it would have been a great stay.
