Beautiful room with a spectacular view of the Themes River. Room had every amenity, a beautiful new Hyatt, quiet and lovely. Great Breakfast Buffet! (The construction around them is not their fault, just made it inconvenient driving in for a jet lagged driver from the states!)
Although a quiet area the lodges need some maintenance! Quiet dated property and room decor.
The rooms feel very cold, especially for this time of year.
I suppose the price per nght reflects this!
Not a "bad" stay, just not the best.
We had a wonderful stay and could not have been happier with this property. The location was absolutely perfect and made it so easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!
The staff at Hilton Woking was amazing. Every time we called, they delivered with a smile! From late night room service to request for extra towels, they arrived quickly and with a smile.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was surrounded by two malls, lots of restaurants and the train station, which fed into the London subway system.
This hotel is about 30 miles from central London, which is good if you want quiet, suburban stay. If you want access to the city, you can get there by...
Hotel is very upscale and comfortable. The staff are exceedingly nice and helpful (they significantly stepped up and helped us with a minor medical problem my daughter had upon checkin). The rooms are a smaller size comparable to other large city hotels, but are feature packed, very updated and very comfortable.
This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the location. Windows, etc had a lot of charm. Next to food hall and many nice restaurants. A small grocery store around corner at Victoria train station if you want a late night snack or wine. Also a bar in hotel. We really liked the breakfast. Would stay again as a couple. Would consider a different hotel if bringing our children. Small rooms.
