Cleanliness is the most important part of a hotel stay. I thought everything was sufficiently clean.
The location is perfect. In the suburbs but 20 min metro from the city.
The foyer and common areas are clean and intuitive. Luggage room for when you're there outside of your check in time. Outlets, seats, wifi. Everything you need. Especially because wifi is needed to access your room.

Loved staying in such a historic and colorful harbor area. Easy walking to Hop On bus stop, canal boat tours, restaurants and walking to a street food area. A little busy due to its location to attractions, but overall the hotel is in a very enjoyable area. For those who expect A/C in their room, the Hotel does not have it, but the room had an electric fan and the weather was cool at night, so I was very comfortable.
I was not familiar with Copenhagen at all when I had to choose a hotel for our visit. I wanted some comfort but didn't have an unlimited budget. CPH is an expensive city so be prepared. This will be a strange review in that I didn't leave the room for the entire stay. I didn't eat in the restaurant, and I didn't explore the area, although the area looked to be amazing. I came down with food poisoning and double pneumonia while in Berlin ( on my way to Copenhagen.) The staff could not have been kinder. When, on a Sunday, when I inquired about a clinic, they saw to it that a doctor came to the hotel. That alone makes this hotel stand out in my mind.

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. I was given an upgrade to a large room which I appreciated. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is on an island and rather secluded, especially at night. The famed Freetown Christiania is barely ten minutes away and there are many coffee shops nearby.
