The reception and service staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. The rooms are clean and very spacious. I was delighted to learn that Pope Saint John Paul II slept in this place when it was still a religious site. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you. If you want a place that is clean, comfortable and offers peace and tranquility near Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, … this place is perfect! It also has parking on site.

Absolutely breathtaking!!! The rooms, the view the service and the location. WOW!! And Salvatore is an absolute gem. We were unsure of how to get there and so he told us to call him when we were nearing the hotel and he stayed with me on the phone and guided our every turn.
