It was primarily couples and a few business people and perhaps one or two people with children people. The bar area is very nice and there’s a nice sitting area outside the bar which has great sunshine and has a view onto the zoo. "The hotel stay was awesome!. The staff makes sure you have everything you need. The staff was very polite and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to revisting Berlin and staying at the hotel again. I was so comfortable and the surrounding restaurants had great food options. The rooms were very clean and efficient. We had 3 rooms in total and my family was very pleased with their stay as well. There is plenty of shopping areas as well. "
