"the reservation of the beach set ups was not a good one, especially the front release what's available when you have a paying customer and then you cant choose where you want to be they do ask what row. Rooms didn't get cleaned past 2 pm during my stay. breakfast was ok nothing to impress. check your room charges they didnt have cash registers open most of the time"

"The room was neat and clean. The staff were professional and friendly, especially the manager—I forgot his name, but he was great. When we asked for an extra blanket, he brought it himself. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is ideal for people traveling with kids. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. I will definitely come back to this hotel."

"All in all it was a good stay despite some of the minor issues that can be fixed with some training and maintenance requests. The elevator was extremely slow, and having one ice machine for the entire hotel was something that needs to be addressed immediately. The hotel upkeep was ultimately great. The hotels also ask for how many people would be in my stay but didn’t accommodate all people initially with sheets blankets pillows and extra towels. If it asks how many people it should cover all those in the stay. The AC Unit was super loud but it did keep the room ice cold. Temperature was great just the noise was more than necessary. "

"Room was clean however the towels needs to be cleaned better. They were very thin and dingy. I went out to purchase my own towels. "

"We had a nice view of the ocean and the pool. The room was designed nicely. The heat didn’t work in the room, so we were a little cold, and they had to fix the lock on the balcony door. Overall, it was a good stay. They should add a hot tub! "
