"Always had to ask for towels. Rooms cleaned late afternoon which was ok but no one cleaned our room until we were there 2 days and we had to ask. "

"We loved the view and the heated pool and jacuzzi. Didn't think we should have had to pay for breakfast after what we paid for one night though. "

"The room was great, the indoor pool was nice, the spa was not warm at all. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. Loved that they accommodated us with a down stairs room. The place was really nice. The weather just wasn’t warm enough for us. We picked a bad time to vacation"

"Very clean hotel with nice staff. The water pressure in the shower was great, wonderful balcony view. Lots of close shopping and restaurants. There is an on-site café that has Starbucks coffee, and different meal options. Personally I would have preferred if it opened a little earlier and kept longer, consistent hours. Ultimately, definitely a great hotel with reasonable rates, I feel i got a good deal in a very pristine area, during Spring break to top it off."
