Ramesh was very helpful! We arrived before check-in time and we only waited a little while before our room was ready and he answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel bad because we spoke little Italian. You have to remember customer service isn’t the same as it is in the US so you have to be reasonable but they did an excellent job.

We loved our three day stay at this lovely hotel. The views from the hotel of Lake Como and the City of Como were outstanding. Not sure what his name was but he was super friendly and quick with his service. I struggled with the language barrier in ordering but he was very kind.
This is a beautiful hotel with a full delicious breakfast buffet of hot foods and ham, cheeses, etc. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and it’s located on the waterfront. I stayed in this hotel to be near the Milan Linate airport. I took a taxi from the airport and returned in the am by taxi it was about a 10 minute ride but cost was 29 Euros on return presumably because it was 4AM. The intriguing feature was a covered area that you could park 2 cars outside the door of the room. I am american so this may be a Motel in Europe. The staff were very accommodating and everything was clean. The night staff even made me an espresso before I checked out.
