We loved our three day stay at this lovely hotel. The views from the hotel of Lake Como and the City of Como were outstanding. We had a corner suite with two large floor to ceiling windows with views of the City of Como and its duomo as well as looking down the length of the lake. Our two sided balcony was amazing.

This is a beautiful hotel with a full delicious breakfast buffet of hot foods and ham, cheeses, etc. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and it’s located on the waterfront. This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....
About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan
Ramesh was very helpful! We arrived before check-in time and we only waited a little while before our room was ready and he answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel bad because we spoke little Italian. You have to remember customer service isn’t the same as it is in the US so you have to be reasonable but they did an excellent job.
Clean, very convenient location. Close to shops, restaurants. Just 10 min walk from train station with trains to Milan. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. If you do not want stay in a big crowded city and be close to everything at the same time, then this is the best choice.
This hotel is only a three minute walk from Milano Centrale Station which is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and spoke English. The room was a good size and was very clean. The only to keep in mind is that the shower is small and would not accommodate someone of a larger size. Luckily my wife and I are not big people so it was okay. Would definitely recommend staying here.
This hotel was honestly one of the best ones we’ve stayed in during our Italy trip! Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful! I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...
We received check in at 12:00 and check out at 13:30 the next day for 1 night, which is really nice especially after a long flight. The hotel is chic and very Milanese style which can not be fully reflected in photos.
