Great location. A quick walk from the Central Station and the Metro. It was clean and better than my expectations. Every hotel person that I interacted with was nice. I highly recommend this hotel not only for people who need to take an early train to the airport or other cities, but also for anyone looking to avoid hauling luggage to hotels in other parts of the town. So convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at Starhotels Anderson. Hotel was clean (except for the windows!). Staf was always courteous, respectful, helpful and professionally friendly. Breakfast was excellent! Air conditioning was fine- could have been a bit cooler. Location was great. Close to the Centrale train station and the subways making getting there with luggage very easy and getting around the city also very easy. Not a luxurious hotel but very very nice!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Zanobi 45 in Florence! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, and a special thank you to Maria for making us feel so welcome and helping with the little birthday arrangements. Having the candles and lighter ready in our room was such a thoughtful touch, and we really appreciated it. The hotel also has so many convenient little extras, like the coffee capsule machine, water dispenser, and complimentary fruits, cookies and candies in the common area. These may seem like small things, but they really make a difference and show how much the hotel cares about its guests. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to Maria and the whole team for making our visit so comfortable and memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence, and we would happily stay here again!
