"The property is refreshingly far enough away from the thick of venice’s touristy areas, about a 30 minute walk to Palazzo St. Marco. These are essentially serviced apartments. Units come with all kitchen tools, a dishwasher plus indoor laundry machine. This is definitely good for people traveling with children. "

"The hotel is extremely beautiful and completely spotless. The breakfast was superb with so much choice. Shuttles were on time and with plenty room. The hotel is let down by some of the staff who are not super friendly and we didn’t always feel welcomed. The aircon in our room was also broken. We ordered two coffees to our room and had to pay 24 euros for the pleasure. The pool is only open in summer months. "

"Every staff member from the front desk to bar to cleaning staff were super friendly, genuine and approachable. The hotel is in a convenient area in proximity to the dropoff location from the airport and in a less densely populated area for some peaceful time yet close to key attraction areas. "

The location is the most convenient in Venice, only steps away from both the bus and train stations, which is a godsend, as anyone who's walked around Venice with luggage surely knows. The staff is excellent, they are always friendly and helpful. Elena went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and we had a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. Happy customer, highly recommend this hotel, A+!"
