This is a perfect accommodation for travelers who would want to stay in downtown Padua. The hotel is strategically located - five minute walk from the city center and ten minute walk from the train station. It fit perfectly with our trip plans. We spend a leisurely day enjoying Padua and its history and the next day we took the convenient 25 minute train ride to Venice 's St Lucia station for a wonderful stress free day trip to Venice. The hotel has all the expected amenities and the breakfast is really good. The hotel also offers a cheap self parking in a secure garage next door and they will register your car with the city so that you do not get fined for entering the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) near the historic center where the hotel is located.

A Good Choice for Visiting Padua

To be honest, we just needed a place to stay whilst in Padua. The hotel ticked all the boxes in terms of service, staff friendliness and room comfort. It’s in process of renovation so I can only imagine it will get even better. The location is located very near to the Scrovegni Chapel and the Basilica of St Anthony is easily reached in 10 minutes by bus or tram. There is a multitude of public transport connections nearby. The hotel restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced.

It was in a great location for most sightseeing experiences and the restaurant associated with itbdid really nice food in the evening. But the breakfast was limited and unimaginative and the gym was ill equiped and some items like the treadmill did not work, very weights which were old.
