"We've stayed a few times and we do so because of the proximity to the terminal. It's never an easy stay. Despite requesting two single beds at the time of booking, we were charged extra at the checkin to accommodate the request. The room door didn't open, check in took an hour, and maintenance had to fix the door before we were able to gain access. It's an expensive hotel, and for something that promotes itself as convenient and easy and hassle-free, it just never is. The air tunnel to the terminal is closed for construction, unloading luggage is a nightmare if you have to drive to the airport, and then take your car to the car park, access to the hotel while construction is happening is complicated, the wifi is patchy, the soda machine didn't have gas in it, when you're paying $500 for one night, I really do expect that the basics are done right. "

"We found the hotel somewhat run down, definitely in need of a major renovation. The hallways were dark, the room was very dated and bleak. The bed was squeaky, the food in the restaurant was not good and it was quite noisy down the hallways. On a positive note it was close to the Airport, there were laundry facilities available and they had a free shuttle to the Airport. In my view this hotel was not even close to an 8.6 which it was rated."

"Bed, kitchen, lounge area & bathroom was very clean, neat & tidy, everything was in place. However my moved whenever the occupants next door moved( the shook) I didn't feel safe in my room as the locked door handle seemed lose & not very secure."

"Clean & comfortable. Unfortunately a little noisy for our liking. Alot of doors slamming & people talking in the hallway at all hours. No food option onsite for dinner. Close enough to airport."

"It’s a very basic hotel. No lift. No welcome. Nothing in the room but the very basics. It’s cheap; but overpriced given the rooms and lack of customer service. "
