No shops nearby but not far from the Smith Street area. Also trams nearby.
I wouldn't really call this a hotel, more like a glorified hostel. The room was good but that is all I can say about the place. It is not staffed most of the time. Luckily there was someone at reception when I got there as a solo female traveller. There are no other facilities what so ever, no downstairs seating area or anything. Noisy at night and I could smell smoking from somewhere!
