"The place was nice and people were friendly. The parking is easy and accessible. There’s a restaurant and a bar. The spa is 26€+ per person for 1h… so it’s expensive for Americans people used to more for free. The rooms are ok but not really well insulated, we could hear other people talking. For the proximity of the park it’s exceptional. Stop at the Information center in the city before you get there."

"We came from Gare de Pau ( train) and took a cab for $15 , double of the price .it is a standard for all the taxi. If you are staying here , take L5 bus , it goes to the sanctuaries ( grotto& church) and they stop at Hotel Paradis only for $1 pp good for 1 hr. The room is big and has a ref, and water heater for coffee. Excellent hotel."

"Beuatiful hotel and gardens. looks like it was all newly renovated. Good buffet breakfast assortment. L5 bus stops right across the street at the Gare train station every 15-20 minutes and takes you to the sancturary site for 1 euro. Small hotel so staff works double duty at both hotel front desk and restaurant. But wherever they were they were always ready to help or answer questions. wherever "
