"Second time staying here since we loved it first time. We arrived 2hrs after check in start (5pm) and room was not ready. Received a free round of drinks at bar. Got a room but it was not clean and they quickly found a new one. Said it was an upgrade but really same room better view. We did receive a $50 bar/restaurant voucher but would rather have used it for parking. Breakfast was good, warm pool, great location. We would return again."

"Great location if you want to be near Checkpoint Charlie. There's a Lidl supermarket around the corner. We stayed in the apartment which is great for families. It has a bedroom, living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. The apartment is sparsely decorated, but it's a good value for the money."
