Clean spacious room, the entrance is in the middle of an apartment complex not on the street so was difficult to find at night. Friendly staff and great breakfast

We arrived after midnight and our booking had been deleted but was quickly sorted. A good suite - kitchen was good to have for snacks and drinks. Beds not very comfortable but rooms were clean. Good base for exploring Berlin.

Great location if you want to be near Checkpoint Charlie. There's a Lidl supermarket around the corner. We stayed in the apartment which is great for families. It has a bedroom, living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. The apartment is sparsely decorated, but it's a good value for the money.

Room was ready earlier than the 3pm offering. We arrived before 11 am. They offered an early arrival for 30 euros. We were tired so we took their offer. We were not very happy with that offer as we were staying for 7 nights

Excellent aparthotel, absolutely no complaints. everything was smooth. The suite is amazingly spacious (and has everything) and i was located on the top floor. the location is also excellent with neighbouring cafes and supermarkets and also to get to attractions by walking. if i was staying in berlin in the future, i will be booking again.
