My and my boyfriend really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was hospitable and helpful, trying to make your stay comfortable. Our room was well-cleaned daily. It had two separate beds, one next to another, two bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk with two chairs, mirrror and little fridge. Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear.

This is a beautiful and modern hotel directly across from the sea (two beaches right across the street). I stayed in the luxury suites and had a great experience. The infinity pool is beautiful and overlooks the sea (you also overlook the road, which is unavoidable). The hotel location was near Chania town and they provide a shuttle that can take you to town, and also pick you up from the town. Hotel room was nice, it's a little bit on the small side. Also, you will have a great view from the balcony. overall, i'm pretty happy with it.
Very friendly and helpful staff. There is only street parking, but not hard to find, behind the hotel area. So many restaurants right there. Drove to the most famous Cretan beaches, but the local beach is also very nice. very picturesque. We could see the lighthouse from our window.

From the moment we stepped out of our cab plenty of staff were available, at our service, and already taking our bags before stepping foot into the property. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay.
