Wir waren drei Nächte hier. Hotel ist modern und sauber. Zimmergrösse war super, Frühstück für 15 Euro pro Person war lecker und gut. Auch die Lage ist ideal zum Erkunden von Chania. Parkplatz kostet 15 Euro am Tag (mit Hol- und Bringservice). Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Snygg design på rummet samt rent och prydligt. Ligger bra till alldeles i utkanten på den gamla stadsdelen. Bara några minuters promenad ner till hamnen.

This is our second visit to Chania, we really like the property for the convenience to the Old Port. We enjoyed our stay very much a few years ago and the parking was basically find your own. Since then the hotel offers parking at $15 per day and its 4 blocks off site. if your needing your car you need to let them know one hour earlier. The drop off and pick up is in front of the hotel and you must get out of the car to move the cones when there is not an attend it there, very frustrating. So we had a car and ended up not using it because of this parking situation. On top of it all they have charged us twice for parking. I will have to say at least they arranged the car to be in front of the hotel at 4AM, since there was not an attendant. However, the front desk manager opened the side door for us, 2 woman in the rain and he did not offer to help put our luggage in the car. Very disappointing.

Stayed for 2 nights , in a “COSY ROOM” …. Cosy srama to have another definition , the room was without window !!! Don’t hide the Reality under an “exotic” name !!! would never booked a room without window ,wouldn’t stay there free of charge …

Bien situé à proximité de la vieille ville avec un service de parking (par valet pour 15€) Chambre correctement équipée, un peu petite. L'isolation phonique est cependant à revoir surtout du côté couloir. Piscine très originale dans la salle qui sert de bar et de petits-dejeuner ... Original mais peu pratique.

Our stay at the Chania Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! The hotel is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located—everything you could want for a stay in Chania. But what truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff, especially Demos. From start to finish, Demos went above and beyond in every way imaginable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He continuously anticipated our needs and made sure our stay was perfect. His dedication and warmth made us feel like we were staying with family rather than at a hotel. We also had amazing interactions with Nadia from the breakfast team, who was kind and welcoming, and Maximus at the front desk, who was always helpful and professional. If you want a hotel where you feel truly cared for, in a pristine and convenient location, Chania Hotel is it—and Demos makes it unforgettable!

One of the best in Chania

Very comfortable and beautiful stay. Excellent location! Great shower room. Comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast. Stay here is one of the highlights of the trip. Highly recommend. The only note is the room I had was decent size, not spacious but good enough to put luggages.

Staff were rude and not helpful. Deliberately made you wait to check in. Offered some people welcome drinks but not everyone. Room was motion censored for AC so if you were sleeping it would not come on and it would get very warm. Scale did not work low on battery. Came into the room even with the do not disturb light on, which they pointed out to you so you know they use it. Location was perfect!
