The first compliment is with the great customer service at the check in desk, the girl was very polite ams knowledgeable, second the location in front of the lake was fantastic, also walking distance to the old town, very clean, confortable and the best shower ever.

Clean nice hotel

Wonderful location on the shore of the lake. Short walk to old town and neighborhood bars and restaurants. We rented the ebikes 3 times for a trip around the lake.

This property is in a perfect location for accessing all of le Vieux Annecy! The breakfast is good and offers assorted breads, cheeses, salami, eggs, dried fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and cereal. The parking is a little tight, and I recommend reserving a place in advance if your stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again, for sure!

Spent 8 days in Annecy which we loved. Hotel is in a fabulous location. We had daily breakfast which was gorgeous. Staff were excellent

Our first room had a balcony and smelled like smoke, and I asked about it at the front desk and they immediately offered a new room. Great place to stay! Great location!

We stayed three nights and were very pleased with the value. It is an older hotel and fairly basic, but was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and generally spoke very good English. Service was friendly and very good. It is located right across from the train station and is maybe three blocks from the canal and the old part of Annecy. This hotel was a great value.

It’s a great hotel in a great location. The two staff we interacted with were very friendly. The hotel is a bit basic. No frills, but clean and good location in old town.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the setting felt like paradise. We enjoyed every moment and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

El centro historico está caminando, excelente ubicación muy juen desayuno. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y adecuadas.
