"When we got to the property, there were people smoking blunts and drinking out of paper bags in the hotel parking lot. The area was not safe at all. Lots of crackheads. When we got into our room, the bathrooms and tables weren’t even wiped off. Not clean. We decided to look past it and go to swim. The pool area was extremely dirty. Mold growing all over the walls, the hot tub was out of service for a year and the pool was barely heated so it was freezing. We didn’t end up staying the night because we had such a bad experience. "

"Park Point Marina Inn was excellent! Our room was clean and very comfortable. The hot scented towels and s’more bar in the evening were such nice little touches and breakfast was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! It was a great stay"

"This is great choice if you're looking for a convenient and affordable spot to stay in Duluth. It's clean and well maintained. The staff was great and it felt safe. While the location may not be "picturesque," that's not what I'm looking for in a motel. It is very close to all the places you are likely to want to visit, including the University of Minnesota-Duluth."

"Convenient airport shuttle. Airport only 5 minutes away. Numerous restaurants and shopping areas nearby."
