"We went to Cairo for a wedding where Four Seasons Cairo on Nile Plaza was one of the recommended stays. I’m so glad we chose this hotel. It doesn’t just live up to its five-star category — the service, in particular, is unparalleled. Starting with its Meet and Assist service from the airport which made Egypt visa and baggage claim easy, and round trip airport transfers especially since our departure would need us to be at the airport shortly after midnight. The hotel is sparkling clean, food at my fave Zitouni was excellent with a lovely dreamy view of the Nile River, our room was spacious and sheets and pillows were cozy. The staff were unfailingly polite and eager to help — everything we needed, right down to Pedialyte from the pharmacy, arrived at our door with a smile and a genuine offer to do more. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!"

"I booked the hotel but actually stayed in their other property Sama Sherif Basha Hotel due to unavailability issues. This could have gone terribly wrong and was offered to stay in Sama Sherif and at 4am in the morning I don’t want to end up in the streets so accepted. The trip was saved. Ahmed was very helpful in settling us in the rooms and it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in the room and could feed a whole village. The hotel is in Downtown Cairo and plenty of restaurants and attractions are within minutes. The only downside is the traffic noise so wearing earplugs is a must. Overall was a great stay in the heart of Cairo."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at Hilton Cairo Grand Nile We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Cairo Grand Nile and would gladly give the hotel 5 stars. The location along the Nile is beautiful, the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Our room was comfortable, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and fresh, delicious food. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. Overall, Hilton Cairo Grand Nile provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for excellent hospitality, comfort, and a beautiful Nile-side location. A truly 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
