This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is big with a rain shower head. Everything is bright and clean. The rooms are quiet. The staff are very friendly and inviting. The maids do a great job cleaning the rooms. The breakfast that is served has fresh fruit, cheeses, eggs, crepes and cappuccino and coffee. Nice place. Hard to get and not suitable for families with children.

Modern premises and tasteful décor. Our room was super comfortable and controls are hi tech, from curtains, to lights. The beach is excellent for swimming and walking, and the view of the mountains is breathtaking. We had a blast in this hotel. I want to come back for a longer stay.

Absolutely fantastic! Our room had the bed in a second story loft, so if stairs don't work for you during the night, be sure to know what you're getting, they have one story rooms.

Received a lovely welcome from Katerina and walked into a beautifully decorated, immaculately clean room that housed 3 Ladies comfortably all week. AC was terrific with the high temps outdoors. Convenient walk to beach and nice pool to use.

This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Nicely located near the port and old Rethimno town. Friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast included many items and even the jams and breakfast bars were homemade. Something we learned (after the fact) is that you can control electronically your wishes for privacy (i.e., cleaning of room, etc.) by pressing certain buttons. Make sure that you understand how everything works at check in! Very nice stay overall!

The host are above and beyond amazing. They went out of their way ro make.sure we had an amazing trip. We had a conflict and they not only let us change our stay, but advocated for us with the company we booked it thru. We can't say enough how highly we recommend this peaceful place. Its location is also stellar. Close to everything you could possibly want.

We loved Casa dei Delfini. It's a lovely reimagining of an historic home. Our room had all the modern conveniences including a small kitchenette, coffee machine, nice bedding and upscale bathroom. We enjoyed the breakfast. It's easy walking distance to all the old town sights.

Great stay friendly staff spacious room and I liked that when I got home late there was someone that came out to the parking lot told me where to park and walked me inside

The rooms and property were fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful and the food was delicious, great service! The only difficulty was finding parking for our rental vehicle but that is true for every hotel near the beach. It’s on the outer edge of Rethymno, making the location less crowded than the old town streets near the port. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the port from the hotel, but we didn’t mind the walk. We would absolutely book here...

This is an extremely well-run hotel with excellent service from all staff. Relaxing atmosphere and excellent beach location. Consistent and high quality. Easily accessible from Chania (about 1 hour).
