"The staff are are terrific. Lots of tour parties arriving while I was there but the young staff stayed upbeat, helpful and charming all evening. The cleaners are lovely too and do a great job. My room was spotless."

"We were only at the hotel for one night for a wedding so didn’t use all the facilities. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had a sea view which was really nice. The only downside side was my wife found some of the breakfast items to be a bit cold. Both of us thought it was really tasty"

"Lovely hotel on the waterfront. Easy access to train station. Walking distance from town centre. Staff were lovely especial Kiara. Clean room. Only continental breakfast. Plenty of cafes around"

"The room was very small for 3 people, it was not easy to move when the cot was down, tripped going to the washroom the middle of the night. The washroom was cute, and small. Did try the breakfast, as we had an early flight. Over all it was good."

"Rooms were clean, could do with updating, there is a restaurant on site , but only did minimal food, bar on site , there are vending machines, that only take only money, but the machine you had to muck about with it to get the snacks as the door was dodgy. Signal is weak, location is lovely"

"What a fantastic hotel! We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who showed us to reception. We had a nice clean room with a very comfortable bed . We had a lovely evening dinner served by friendly knowledgeable staff . Breakfast also was excellent If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again . Right next to the racecourse too."

"Staff were absolutely phenomenal all round. Rooms were super clean and beautifully presented. Pool sauna steam room and gym were all great. Would definitely recommend staying here and we look forward to coming back one day."
