The grounds of this hotel and all the main areas are kept beautifully. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was lovely, and also cleaned to a very high standard. Staff were very good and attentive in all cases However, what you have to be aware of with this hotel is the number of weddings. We would certainly dine at the hotel again, as the food was really excellent. Of course, weddings do create some noise which isn't always wanted. Enjoyable stay.

An upmarket beautifully appointed hotel. We were given an upgarde on arrival to a large room with blacony. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of main courses served in a lavishly appointed dining room. Very helpful personable staff. The only negative factor was that even in October the room was inadequately heated. The single heater in a large room gave only a feeble output .No additional heaters were available. Otherwise an excellent stay. The hotel is a recent aqusition of the RAD group. I have a RAD card and should earn points for the stay. The staff seemed uncertain about the system and to date I do not know if the points due were added. Hopefully the staff can be trained in this,

The hotel was marvellous. We were there for a wedding and everything was fantastic including the breakfast next morning. I'll never use Expedia again as I thought I had booked a suite but they actually booked us into the lodge, which is very nice but my wife has difficulty walking and the lodge was well away from the main hotel. Also. It separated us from the rest of the party.

Everything was amazing, if I had to be a 'little critical', only to provide positive feedback, I'd say bedroom, (27) needs a wee freshen up , 'updated, looks slightly tired! But its constructive feedback not a minus....
