But please try the top notch dinner served in the cedar restaurant its just divine snd worth every penny. "Had a very good overnight stay at the hotel. Staff were really helpful. Didn't have any meals, so can't comment on that. The room was very clean but a bit dated (believe they are renovating the rooms bit by bit.) Hotel parking made life nice and easy. Always happy in an IHG hotel."

"We have just checked out from our 2 night stay. It has been an amazing experience with our 2 young children. Facilities and room were excellent. Kids enjoyed the pool and driving Range. The food was excellent at the restaurant. We had Dinner and BreaKfast for the 2 days and both days was good. However i think front Desk staff need some extra training. At 3 different times with different staff we were given wrong information. They cluless about the facilities and its timings etc. one day we were booked and told to go to Bar for our Dinner even after I mentioned we had dinner at the restaurant behind last night, the lady was so sure and told us to go to bar at the allocated time only to be told to go back to the restaurant by the Bar staff. When asked about children’s swimming times and information no clue when asked about driving range no clue and was told to go to the outer building and ask them. Apart from that i would definitely recommend and would return again. "

"The room was too cold and not so clean for the days we stayed at the hotel and staff was not so helpful as we expected . I stayed at the same place last year and it was great however this time the experience was different because of poor service. "

"Didn’t have breakfast. Minimal interaction with staff but when I did they were very helpful. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby but also a few beggers and rough sleepers, but that, sadly is Northampton for you."
