Excellent stay, second time in a few weeks. They have recently started doing food which is a great add to the hotel. The breakfasts are reasonably priced and delicious! Best breakfast sandwich ever! Will be staying again when we are in MK next. Staff are so accommodating and rooms are immaculate.

Have stayed here several times now and I am never disappointed. The young lady (who seemed quite new) on the reception desk was very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, despite being honest that she was new and it might take a little time to sort a few things. Can’t ever fault anyone for their honesty as everyone has to start somewhere so thank you very much to her for making me feel so welcome.

4/10 Fair

I was rudely awakened by another guest entering my at 10.30pm having been given my room. Then at 11.30 pm the night porter woke me again questioning why I was in my room and the computer said I shouldn't of been there. He did apologise hiwever I was unsettled throughput the night and being a single woman alone it overshadowed the beautiful room.

Great little find! Driving range a bonus!

Never knew this place existed! Fabulous room, great shower, bar on site and also - bonus! - a driving range. Once they start doing food, this place will be even better. We took our own pasties and juice so coped! Towcester and Stony Stratford are within 15 mins drive if you want to eat out.

Fabulous standard. Newly refurbished to high spec. Very friendly staff. Lovely and quiet. I felt perfectly safe, helped by my room being on the upper floor and there being a 24/7 reception. Worth noting the rooms are “motel” style - ie doors to the exterior walkways which for single vulnerable travellers should just be aware of. That said … I intend to make this my go to place for Milton Keynes. Excellent value for money.

2/10 Poor

Walked into the hotel room and within 5 minutes the cupboard door in the bathroom had fallen off, the TV wasnt working, we werent given tea or sugar, only coffee and sweet teas, our friends had booked a separate room and their tap wasnt working and their sink wouldnt hold water, werent given any towels aside from a hand towel, we went to reception as we were unable to contact anyone successfully. The guy at reception told my friend she was using the tap wrong without even seeing it, and came to our room and pushed the screw in with his fingers and said that will do for now, saying they couldnt do anything more, told us that our friends didnt knoe how to use the tap and then when he went to inspect their tap, admitted there was something wrong but they couldnt do anything to fix it til monday so they gave them bottled water to wash their hands with. We were told if we need anything to go to reception at any time, yet when we went down at 6pm for tea, were told that the bar is a separate entity and reception is closed until 9pm when a separate office is available for bottled water only. Then when it came to check out, it was supposed to open at 7am, so we went and waited outside until 7:45 til someone turned up to check us out, making us very late for our event. I WOULD NEVER recommend this hotel. Looks lovely online, but is falling apart, even the lake view they boast about, is covered with dangrous fallen trees and branches and broken ornaments, RUN AWAY!!

2/10 Poor

I recently stayed with you on the 18/04 with a checkout of 19/04. In room 23. I had many severe issues with this hotel from the get-go. Firstly you broke our payment agreement which was booked through Hotels.com, the payment was taken the day before arrival which broke the agreement of “pay on the day”. I had messaged you through the website but had no response. Then upon arrival to our room, we found that the only tap in the room was not sufficient enough to provide water. The plug of the sink did not retain water and the gentlemen from the front desk who was on the 4pm shift came into our room and CONFIRMED that the sink was not a suitable power and that the plug was broken. He told us he “did not know what to say” and had called someone to fix it while we went for dinner and if it wasn’t then to go to “Connor” as he had “other venues to take care of” We left for 4 hours and returned to the same inoperable tap and sink. Then later discovered that the shower was faulty too. We went down to reception to find Connor and who I assume was him, told us he only runs the bar and restaurant and has nothing to do with the hotel and could not fix the issue. He then personally went to buy us bottles of water from the garage oposite the hotel. We had to use this to wash our hands, faces and to drink. This is NOT what I expect for a “deluxe” suite. I should have basic access to water. The chair in the room had huge rips
