Room was good just carpet was and walls were dirty and also one light wasn’t working but staff were good and parking was excellent
Verified review

6/10 Good

Staff were very polite and helpful. The condition of the room wasn't great : the carpet was in desperate need of shampooing and the walls had numerous stains on them. Whilst the bathroom had been cleaned as well as possible, some of the tiles were cracked and harboured dirt.

Staff were very good, parking was easy but £8 per day, location spot on for the town centre, Room very hot, fan provided but not sufficient, very noisy with window open, bed very uncomfortable breakfast not the best heavy cold plates = cold food terrible scrambled eggs only one toaster that took forever good coffee And nice staff. Nice Hotel in the town, clean room,Staff good , Parking good in the Sol centre but £8 for the day. Good breakfast. I had a room at the back of hotel and there was a lot of noise, the hotel know about it that's why they provide ear plugs in the room if knew about it before i would have requested a room at the front. where my son was and he said it was not to bad.

8/10 Very good

The room its self was clean and tidy nice freshly made bed. The staff were all nice and friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was okay could have done with a bit more choice on the cooked breakfast. The only thing that was a slight downside was parking as there is no onsite car park I had to use a car park that was a slight walk away from the hotel.
