Only stayed here for one night before flying back home. Hotel was super clean and the staff was very nice. They offered free breakfast which was great and they also have a restaurant that the food was good as well. If you are flying international like I did then taking the shuttle will take close to 30 minutes from the hotel to get to Terminal 4.
I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...
Hotel exterior was deceiving.
Convenient to airport and Metro to other areas of Madrid.
Interior was attractive and modern. Rooms were somewhat dated, but very large in comparison to typical European style, clean and comfortable. Bed was firm. Restaurant food was good quality for the $$$.
As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. Service to the Airport is not free, is 5 Euros per person, not bad, but is not free. Good thing they have lockers, which is very convenient, we left the luggage two days earlier, and went to Paris, and check-in without carrying the big luggages. Clean, breakfast was ok.
From entering the door the staff was excellent. They made us feel welcome . Our luggage did not arrive the first day but they notified us as soon as it arrived the next day.They were great with information on the different forms of public transportation. We will be back next year and I will most definitely stay there. I hope the staff dosen't change.
Really loved staying here! We booked pretty late for our trip so we knew that this hotel was not near the city center. However it was a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station and then a 30 min metro ride to the center of Madrid which goes by a lot faster than you think. We were worried about using the metro but it was actually pretty easy!

I had an early flight so wanted to stay by the airport so this was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. And the hotel had a shuttle that got me to my terminal in about 10-12 minutes. Worked out great!
