"The hotel was close to the train but was quiet and private. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to help us get settled and plan out our day. They also held our luggage for us when we arrived early. "

"The room, though small by American standards, was lovely and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful after a long day of travel and directed me to a fabulous local restaurant just a few blocks away. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This is a perfect spot for dropping into Rome. I will definitely stay here again on my subsequent trips."

"Excellent hotel in a great neighborhood. First and foremost, the service was excellent all around — from the check-in desk to the room servicing to the bartender and beyond. The answer to any demand was always “yes”. Second, the incredible hotel manager is on site and personally makes sure everything is running well. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area but near everything — grocery store, shopping, restaurants, park. Its restaurant and bar serve legitimately good food at a decent price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience — mostly due to the fact that the people who work there seem to enjoy what they do, and so it reflects on everything. "

"The staff was warm and welcoming. We had opt for the hotel breakfast and it was a wonderful spread of both hot and cold options. Of note, if you were to take breakfast, you might want to sit further away from the kitchen door in the back as there was a strong smell of chemicals that wafted over every time the door opened. The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk away from all the tourist areas so it is in a quieter part of town. However there are bus/metro spots nearby were were only ~10 minute walk away so it was still very convenient. There are a lot restaurants nearby (both ethnic, Italian, and family-owned) so definitely worth exploring the nearby areas especially if you want something to eat outside the more touristly areas."

"Very nice hotel. Especially for younger couples or single looking to mingle. The staff there was awesome and very helpful! Would definitely suggest. The only downside is that it’s a little difficult to get to the hotel, kinda out of the way. Overall great! "

"Small room, clean--good bathrooms. Helpful staff. Perfect location direct across the street from Roma Termini. And right next door to a supermarket. The wifi consistently failed in Room 634, and was basically unusable for 5 days/4 nights (neither Apple nor Android devices worked.) They offered us a different room, which we declined. We will definitely return."

"The hotel is right in front of Tiburtina station, which makes transportation through the city easy. The rooms are very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly! Also the restaurant has very good food."

It is walkable from Rome Termini, has outstanding and gracious service, very nice clean rooms, a great breakfast option, and staff support that is worth mentioning more than once.
