Staff very friendly & helpful. Good location. 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station and 10 minute walk to Termi Station. Plenty of options for breakfast. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Didn’t catch the lady’s name who worked in the Spa but she was very nice and helpful.

Ok hotel, friendly staff. Specially in the bar. But worst breakfast ever. They did not even had fresh bread. Just like toast bread. And staff just stand and talk and talk and talk to each other. I am not a huge fan of bathtubs. Very slippery when you get out so be carefull. And we were gone for 5 hours from 8 to 13 and when we came our room was not cleaned. Location is ok. Close to train station and then 4 stops to coliseum

We stayed for 2 nights in June. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to their junior suite. Wonderful panoramic views from the private roof terrace. Jacuzzi bath was a bonus. The hotel was wonderful but slightly out of city centre. If first time travellers to Rome like us we found if difficult to navigate public transport and elected for taxi’s to centre instead.

Overall the property is mostly clean except carpeted areas which were very stained. Our room was updated with laminate floor but our 2nd room had carpet and we wouldn't walk on it barefoot. I'm out room there were several broken things like our shower door and a toiletry shelf in the shower. The mattress was rock hard. We did use the spa one night and it provided the appropriate relaxation we were seeking, however, some amenities were not working and there was a broken handrail making it difficult to get out of the pool. Staff were helpful and nice and location near transportation.

Good location, 2nd room was good (first room was without aircon - while outside +42). No organic coffee (you have to ask for it!). Breakfast was very poor. Staff is friendly and polite, however younger receptionist was awkward and needs to learn politeness. Regarding cleaners- Dear management - you need to educate your staff! They coming inside rooms without knocking doors, they doing whatever they want and still ignoring while I am demanding to leave room because I am having shower! Else is ok.

We had a pleasant stay at The Building Hotel in Rome. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is fairly convenient, with public transport nearby and some attractions within walking distance. The area felt safe and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and breakfast offered a good selection. The lounge bar in a converted church with live piano music was a nice touch. The spa is good but requires pre-booking time slots, and swimming caps are mandatory for the indoor pool. The outdoor pool was very cold during our Easter stay. A few minor issues included overly frequent replacement of towels and toiletries, and occasional room entry by staff without waiting. Overall, a solid option for a comfortable stay in Rome with good amenities and welcoming staff.

Perfect hotel stay before we flew home. There was a pool, gym and hotel bar. We had a great meal nearby at Trattoria Breccia which is the perfect walk. We didn't get the chance to use the spa because it closed at 8pm. Breakfast included was great.
