Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Agustina made our stay even better. She is very kind and attentive. She went the extra mile to help us. We wish there were more Agustinas at this hotel and at all the hotels we visited.

Very beautiful and central hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Out first room had some issues but the staff was very helpful and we were moved to a different room that was even better than our first. Always appreciate when the hotel can take care of luggage after check-out - it helped so much to be able to enjoy the last day out in Rome without all our bags.

We had a pleasant two-night stay at The Cross Hotel. The front desk staff was welcoming and offered us drinks while waiting for the check-in process as it took longer than usual. We enjoyed their breakfast spread and the dining staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and space was ample for 3 people. Overall, we enjoyed our time at The Cross.

Agustina, Roberto and the rest of the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the continental breakfast was reasonably priced. Whenever we required assistance the hotel staff was quick to solve our problems. I will definitely recommend the hotel cross to my friends and family.

The property itself was very well maintained. It was clean and the A/C was cold. Unfortunately once you left the hotel it was slightly less appealing. Graffiti everywhere, homeless people laying on the sidewalks, and not a whole lot in close proximity. We ended up taking taxis/ubers everywhere which basically wiped out any savings versus staying in the more “touristy” part of Rome.

Delightful Boutique Hotel group (walkable and safe) with several other sister-options throughout the city. I had a delicious meal at Masa, a restaurant in their other hotel called The Major with a rooftop view of the Basilica. Everyone was so helpful and the food at the Cross Hotel was simple but fresh, delicious and affordable. I didn't do the breakfast buffet option but it looked good and again, very reasonable at 10E. Impeccable service and cleanliness. I would stay there again, when in Rome. ;)

The hotel is in a great location. Right on the river with a classic view of the Tower Bridge. The staff from Checkin to Checkout was amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perhaps a bit careworn but it certainly met our expectation. We travel frequently; so I will say we would choose this hotel in the future.
